Article 2 of 2: Basic Support for Kidney disease

Get your urinalysis and blood work done regularly to monitor your own kidney function If you haven’t already, I encourage you to check out my free E-book, in which I teach you what lab markers are important to look at, and I also provide a table for you to track them.  Be proactive with any abnormal numbers by going to your doctor and asking questions.  The quicker you start, the better chance you have of preserving kidney function.  Kidney disease is one of my specialties so we would get to work right away without playing a waiting game for dialysis. An herb for kidney function Milk thistle is an herb you have probably heard of before in liver support supplements.  It has been shown to reduce blood glucose, HbA1C, serum creatinine, and uric acid. What will most likely occur in the future is the creation of new kidneys. New problems can be stunted by us having good balance between taking care of ourselves, using the genius tools that nature already provides, and incorporating technology appropriately. Consume antioxidants in your diet Antioxidants not only help prevent kidney damage, but they aid in reducing inflammation as well.
