This is an easy healthier sweet dish you can make yourself in under 10 min, maybe even 5 :-) . Blend strawberries and a scoop of your favorite protein powder (or avocado) with about 1-2 oz of water. Pour into a cup, and then top with sliced strawberries. You can add a few fresh mint leaves for decoration, but more importantly, if you eat them it will help your digestion.
