Juicing three times per week


Juicing 16 oz three times a week is a good way to keep juicing in your life, especially if you're finding that juicing every day is a bit difficult. Drinking 8 oz in the morning, and then reserving the last 8 oz for a snack in the afternoon can provide you with nutrition and energy.

Today's recipe:

- 1/2-1 head of collard greens: glucosinolates: support Phase 2 liver detoxification

- 1 cucumber: water: hydration

- 1 medium-large apple: flavonoids: reduce blood pressure

Feel free to add 1-2 tsp of lemon or lime juice for a little extra flavor.
